I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Pennsylvania and Virginia, and am available via telehealth. I have a background in treating mood disorders, anxiety, substance use, and adjustment disorders. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship - I place great importance in maintaining high ethical and professional standards for client care, but I also recognize the role of humor and compassion in therapy. It can be difficult to dive into the topics that bring us to therapy, I aim to make it as easy for my clients as I can.
